My home required a new furnace. I called to get an estimate for my furnace replacement. Mr Valencia was very prompt and professional. I had 3 estimates and a co worker referred me to AM/PM and thankfully she did. I had estimates ranging from $5000 to $9000. I was skeptical because that is alot of money. He Mr Valencia came into my home and saw my 24 inch 150,000 btu furnace and said this is the biggest furnace made for a residential home. He showed me his advertisement $2800 no matter what size. I was completely blown away and happy with his price. I also got an estimate for a new water at that time. I had my new equipment installed this morning and I could not be anymore happier than what I am now. I am going to have him come back and convert my system to refrigeration air conditioning in the spring. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Karen

Joseph misdiagnosed the job. This is a 2 level home where the 2nd level was an addition. Jospeh told me that the system covered the entire home only to find out after he installed the unit it was not heating and cooling the second level. So he charged me for 3 mini split units that were installed incorrectly. I was told my Electric service was going to be upgraded to support the system. Well what Joseph did was Rip out all the wiring from the box that governed the 2nd level so he could plug in his units and get paid. all the lines are hanging off the roof. He made penetrations in the roof and very sloppy just put a flashing and slopped on some black tar. I am sure there will be roof leaks now. All the lines he did tie are using ZIP Ties.. That is not going to fly. He damaged our electrical system to the tune of $4000 and did not cover any of the lines with vinyl covering or secured them as per building code. After I asked him to fix it he called me a Stupid "Jew" and said that is what I get for not inspecting his work before paying him. I am filing suit, I have the State of NM CID complaint and BBB complaint. There were also half smoked "Joints" marijuana cigarettes on the roof and regular cigarett buts near one of the units. These guys use drugs on the job as well I am certain of it. I have no proof it was theirs but nobody else was on that roof till i went up there with the city code inspector. This guy is really going to see that I am not messing around. DO NOT trust these guys.

Joseph was wonderful to work with! Our 17 year old home needed its original Refrigerated Air and Furnace units replaced. Our realtor recommended Joseph at AM/PM and I could not be more pleased! Joseph was quick to get us scheduled, was easy to communicate with and get a quote from, and best of all his price could not be beat! (Roughly 35% less than the next lowest quote we received) I could not recommend him more and will absolutely use him again (though I doubt we will need to for quite some time!)

Instillation took a day. Mr Valencia and his employees were very professional & clean. I've had a lot of work done my house and I can say I wasn't impressed with the other contractors as I was impressed with AM/PM Heating & cooling.

I called at 11:00 p.m. on a Friday night when I realized my AC was not working. Got a call back in 5 minutes, and scheduled service for 9:00 a.m. the next day (Saturday). Very happy about that! Service person was on time, friendly. He got the job done, but had to go back to his shop twice because he didn't have the right parts. Then after finally leaving he came back about 15 minutes later to perform one more check; he was reminded that for the price he charged us he should check the pressure, which he hadn't done. 

We were happy to have the AC fixed on a Saturday morning when it was going to be 100 degrees the next few days. So in a sense it was worth the money. However, it cost us $230 to replace a $40 part. Not sure what the premium was for work done on a Saturday vs weekday. The charge for the initial visit/diagnostic was $89 (no real diagnostic necessary, as my husband told him the capacitor wasn't working). The remaining charge was for the part and labor. 

He hand wrote our credit card info on the invoice, rather than using electronic method or calling it in. That is a big negative; we don't like our credit card info floating around in someone's truck while they drive around all day.

He is okay. He is willing to work with you. I was not physically there. My sister said that they did a good job. They're not excellent, but they are good. It took me about three weeks to get them in there.
