Amazing Cabinet Makeovers

Unable to perform the service. The chemical used turned the finish red. Agreed to refinish several cabinet doors, but failed to get back to arrange to do the service.

Very well! Mary arrived on time and was very pleasant to have around. That lady is one hard worker! The cabinets look really good now. She did an excellent job matching new trim to existing trim. Mary had some good information about other things we could do and add to our kitchen in the future if we like. Her information was informative but not at all pushy. One of her suggestions for roll out shelves is a definite possibility. We just might have to bring her back to do one for us.

I contacted the owner, Ms. Putze. She came over later that same day to provide an estimate. My wife and I thought the price was fair and asked her to put us on the schedule. She showed up the following Monday right on time. I provided the material. She went to work removing the old baseboard and cleaned up all the caulking. She cut the boards to length and installed them. She cleaned up everything including the area outside where the boards were cut. My wife and I were both pleased with the results.

They did great, showed up on time and worked around the current remodel guys tearing up the house.

WOW!!!  Mary and her asst. Jessica arrived right on time and ready to go - non stop!!!  They worked hard all day with the last cabinet door looking as great as the first one done.  She saved me thousands of $$$$ and I am sooooo happy with the results!!!  I'm so thank full to Angie's list and to all of the  members who wrote review's on Mary.  She really is as GREAT as everyone said.  She took care as she worked - no mess at all!!

Mary Putze came and looked over the state of our mid-century modern home's original cabinets and throughly reviewed their condition and gave us advice and an estimate on what it would take to make them "new".  She gave us great, honest advice - she kept our interest in mind and came up with a great plan to save us money yet get us what we needed.  She listened very well and kept all her commitments.  There were a few times when other contractors made errors that impacted her timetable and her work. On each occasion, her positive attitude help defuse and ultimately correct problems.  
She kept her word and her workmanship is excellent!!  We can't recommend her enough.

Mary works carefully and efficiently. We love our new kitchen! She goes the extra mile and even delivered our old cabinet doors to Habitat ReStore for us returning with a tax receipt. I can't thank her enough!

Job took four full days and a couple hours on a fifth; this was as Mary estimated. She did an excellent job; very meticulous, and close attention to detail. She took care of a couple other, additional minor issues that came up along the way, and did not charge additional for this. She was very careful in covering floors, countertops, etc., and thoroughly cleaned up her work area. Our and quot;newand quot; cabinets look fantastic, and we couldn't be happier.

Everything went great, and Mary was a pleasure to work with. She handled every difficult aspect of refacing our old and oddly shaped cabinets. Our cabinets now look great. Mary was punctual and efficient. I recommend that anyone looking to reface or replace their cabinets should talk to Mary first. She does a wonderful job.

Mary did an excellent job refacing my bathroom vanity. She used knotty alder and stained it a darker color and did not charge me extra. The cabinets have hidden hinges new knobs that look wonderful and all was done in an afternoon. She cleaned up afterwards and all was done in an afternoon. Mary was very professional, came on time for the estimate and for the job. I was remodeling my bathroom and she suggested that I put grab bars in my new shower. Thank you Mary! Love the grab bars and love my cabinets. Next I want her to refresh my kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend Mary!

Mary did a really great job on making our cabinets look nearly new. She even went to the trouble of fixing a crack and putting on new pulls. They look great and the change was WELL worth the cost! She did a great job!

We're getting ready to sell a home and wanted to improve the look of the well-worn kitchen cabinets, but without spending a lot of money. The cabinets were so beat up in places that I thought they might have to be refaced, but when Mary came to look at them, she thought she could restore them to and quot;about 90% of their original conditionand quot; without refacing. I was slightly dubious, but glowing reviews from her previous customers convinced me to hire her. I'm so glad I did, because the results she achieved--in one day--really ARE amazing. I also had her drill holes for hardware, so the new look is a spectacular improvement.
As previous reviewers noted, she was friendly, polite, professional, neat and very skilled working with wood. It was a great experience.
