This is the 3rd time we have used Alyce's services for buying and selling a home, condo and town home. I can't say enough good things about Alyce. She goes far and beyond what is required of a realtor. She is very professional and is responsive. She doesn't give up until she makes the sale or finds just the right property for you. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased to not only call her our real estate agent, but our friend. She always makes sure we are either buying or selling at a fair price. Our last purchase required a stair railing to be installed. We all were not pleased with the job and even after the sale, she hung in there and did her best to see that we did what we could to remedy the situation. If you are looking for a realtor that will work hard for you, Alyce Martin is that person.
