He investigated to find the problem. This model of car has two fuel indicators and there were problems with the system. He replaced the two fuel level meters as well as their sending units. We have used his services since 2002 and never been dissapointed. He and his two mechanics listen, respond, and are well mannered. There is no cursing, spitting, or calendars with scantily clad women as can be found at some mechanic shops. He kept a 1993 Escort going for us long beyond it's normal life span. He has great integrity; once he needed to refer us to another shop and when there were problems with their work, Andrew took responsibility for it himself. We have recommended him to countless people and they always report back very pleased with the service. His prices are very fair.

He's very upfront about what the cost is going to be and I trust completely that he's going to fix it and everything is going to be okay. His prices are competitive. I referred all my family to him and now most of them go there.

I called for an appointment. They gave me a variety of days where I could drop off truck for quick turnaround.

I dropped off truck. They dropped me off at a local Starbucks to wait out the service. They sourced the trickle charger, installed it, tested it, and then picked me up in the space of about 2 hours.

In the case of the trickle charger they walked me through the manual and also provided the box in case I ever have issues with the trickle charger.
