Orlando was our Sales Rep and contact throughout the process. Very well organized, provided all information needed. Unfortunately they ran out of shingles, took a few days to get more in stock, this is the one downfall, communication was quite poor at this point. They did come back and finish in a timely manner. We are still waiting for one little mistake to be corrected, but overall, great look, good crew, cleaned up everything even in the dark.

Entire project went very smoothly from the original estimate through the end of the project. The Project Manager was Jim Bishop was he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't be happier with the project.

I highly recommend All-Weather Roofing! They replaced our entire roof about 2 1/2 years ag and we were impressed with them then. Last fall our swamp cooler started leaking and rusted out the base. So this summer we needed to get a new swamp cooler installed. Our a/c company suggested that we have our roofers come out at the same time when they installed the new cooler, so that the roofers could install the flashing and seal everything up. That way our roof warranty would still be valid. (Thanks Air Pro for that suggestion!!) I called All-Weather Roofing to see if they would be able to do this. I spoke with Enrique, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with...very helpful, friendly and had a funny sense of humor! He said that they could definitely do that. It would be $150 to do it. Then I asked, as long as they were going to be out here, how much would they charge to replace the section of shingles that had gotten discolored from the rusty leaky swamp cooler. Enrique said that he would double check with his boss to make sure he was quoting the right amount. He would call me right back. He did call back in less than 10 minutes. I was told that since we were good customers of theirs, they would do the whole thing...install the flashing, seal the area around the swamp cooler to make sure our warranty was still good and replace the discolored section of shingles from the cooler to the edge of the roof for $300! I was very happy about this! We had originally scheduled them to come out one day, but then realized that we needed them to come out a day earlier to make sure they could take care of things while the a/c guys were here too. Enrique was able to change the schedule and get the guys out here when we needed them. I don't know if it was a problem for him, but he never let me see that it was. They just did it. They guys came out, did a terrific job and worked well with our a/c guys so that everyone could get their respective jobs done. After they finished, they cleaned up, made sure that there were no nails scattered around and asked me to give Enrique a call. I called Enrique, who asked if everything looked good. I told him it looked great. He said that they had done everything that needed to be done and it was all good. My warranty is still totally in place. And my roof looks beautiful once again! I was so pleased with their willingness to get out here exactly when I needed them and take care of everthing! If you need roofing work done, give All-Weather Roofing a call! They are great!!

I was suspicious when Danny, the Estimator for "All Weather Roofing Inc.", first came to my door saying I might qualify for a
new roof due to hail damage. All I would have to pay is my homeowner's insurance deductible. So I checked with Angie's List, the Better Business Bureau, and others to find out more about them. I was pleased with what I read and heard, so I decided to give this company a try.
"All Weather Roofing" may not be the largest roofing company in the Albuquerque, but they do quality work; have an outstanding staff and work crew members; and are a pure pleasure to do business with. Never having to replace a roof before, I had a million questions. The staff at "All Weather Roofing" always responded very quickly to answer every single question and concern I had. Even when their office was closed, I could always get in touch with Danny who was able to answer my questions.
The Friday my roof was scheduled to be replaced, the weather didn't cooperate and the job was eventually rained out. Luckily, the shingles and other supplies were able to be dropped off. Then "All Weather Roofing" surprised me by rescheduling the job for two days later  -- on a Sunday!
The crew who did the roofing was outstanding. They covered bushes and other items to protect them while tearing off the old shingles. They gently took down the satellite dish.  Once the old roof was off, they worked tirelessly to put on the new shingles, flashing, etc. They also painted the pipes and vents to match the color of the roof. Before these men left, they made sure the satellite dish was replaced perfectly and that my reception was restored. On top of all that, they cleaned up so well, no one could possibly tell that such a huge job had been done -- except that my new roof is absolutely gorgeous!! How long did all this take? Less than 7 hours! Amazing, amazing roofers and a wonderful company!! 
I have already recommended "All Weather Roofing Inc." to friends and neighbors. Anyone needing roofing work should contact this company first.

THEY STARTED THE JOB VERY FAST. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME FIXING THE ROOF SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK WHEN THEY WERE DONE TO FIX IT AGAIN. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY PICKED UP EVERYTHING.

THEY DID A VERY DECENT JOB AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
