She as a landlord did not authorize recommended maintenance that was absolutely needed on the property. One of the major issues was an A/C unit that was not working and was a fire/safety hazard and she would not hire a specifically licensed hvac tech to have immediate maint on the unit. When the new prop manager came in they forced her to fix the unit or would not rent out property due to hazard. Along with this she overcharged us for rent and we found out due to the new prop man telling us the true value of the property and she made changes to the lease that we originally agreed upon.
