 + 0 moreI paid because no warranty issue was required. They charged me one hour of service but clearly much more time was spent searching for a problem that was not there then searching out the proper operation.
Description of Work: They are the required provider for service to Samsung Printers. They established that my wireless print was not broken but just required internal setting to make the wireless connection.

 + 0 moreAfter several sessions with the printer manufacture's technical support including configuration issues, the manufacture issued a warranty ticket to Albuquerque Image Products. They did the work as described above. Based on their analysis, I was able to apply the proper software configuration and set up my system.
Description of Work: Checked the connectivety of a wireless laser printer to a laptop computer after the printer manufacture has decide the wireless reciever was faulty. After exploring for faults, they found the printer to be fine and were able to make a connection with a correct software application. Finding no printer fault they were not able to charge to the manufacturer's warranty ticket and applied a very reasonable service charges.
