I walked in and told them what I wanted and they had the dozen roses in stock and ready to go. I couldn't have planned it any better. They had just received the flowers today.

Spoke with Nancy at the Juan Tabo location about needing flowers sent for a memorial service in Belen. The service and understanding she provided could not have been more impressive. When we arrived, the florist had already pulled up and printed out the obituary, which we had even seen yet. Awesome, because it had the information for where to send flowers as well as attending the services. The florist ended up staying late, and spending almost an hour with us to help select the right bouquet. In the meantime she provided us with cheese and drinks and made us feel completely at ease during this difficult time. Having no idea what to write, Nancy pulled other cards that had previously been written to help us with the wording. The flowers were being ordered from a florist in Belen. Typically, the florist taking the order will only make a 20% commission for all of the time spent with us. We were floored when she waived her commission so that we could put the money toward a larger bouquet. She spent an hour with us - and did not make a dime. Because of her compassion and over-the-top customer service, earned a lifelong customer. Can't say enough good things about this business and Nancy. Thank you for your help. You are awesome.

Courteous, accomodating, great product, nice staff, easy location, etc. Very happy.

The flower arrangement was very good. I called on the day of delivery to ensure a time when someone would be at home and that worked great. We were very happy with the product and service.

I ordered online, and the flowers were delivered on time and looked great. My mother was happy with the selection :-)

This report is an update of a previous report. I was not satisfied with the wedding bouquet provided by the florist. I felt that it was too small and not a good value for the price. Nancy wrote a gracious letter and provided a full refund of the price of the bouquet. I really appreciated her effort to resolve my dissatisfaction. This was a very professional gesture.
