It was bad from the start they kept calling to see if we wanted the fence installed when i finally said yes it took them forever to get us scheduled, then they would come out and work on the fence for half a day a disappear. Then the fence did not work properly and they charged us for a service call to fix the work that they installed improperly.

My overall experience with them was very good. Everything was just fine. There was just one person I encountered that was very rude. Everybody else in the company had excellent customer service skills.

We were told it would take no longer than 2 days and it took 10 days. They said they would be at my property each morning at 8:00 am and they were never there before 9:00 am. Some days no one showed up at all or called to let me know they wouldn't be there. Their craftsmanship was poor and they were very unorganized and unprofessional.

"I'm very sorry the members had a bad experience with their fence builder. I won't go so far as to acknowledge the individual as a contractor. I believe that the person that built the fence was George Crawford who purchased the materials from Albuquerque Fence. We had no knowledge as to where or for whom he was building the fence. We don't have any record on file, cancelled checks, work orders or call logs that match this description other than a sale to Mr. Crawford who I believe was advertising his services on Craigslist'. To receive an F score from an unknown individual for a project we never contracted for is absolutely unfair. This notice on Angie's List is first time I have ever been made aware of the members. I welcome the opportunity to visit with them in an effort to help them any way we can. George Martinez"

We needed a taller fence so that we could use our back yard without looking directly into the back yard of our neighbors. We had previously installed four feet of wooden lattice to the top of the wall but the cinderblock wall it was attached to was looking unstable, so we removed the lattice. Gabe from Albuquerque Fence came to look at what we needed, measured, and gave us a price. He later brought a sample of the material they would use. We decided to go with their offer, and their crew installed the posts the following day. After the weekend, they put up the rest of the fence. They came when they said they would, all were courteous and hard-working, and the price was what they quoted at the start. The quality of the fence is superior. This was an excellent experience.

Very pleased with the workmanship and value that I received. The workers took care with existing plants on the property by doing the post hole digging by hand and not using heavy equipment for any of the work. The fence looks great and the materials used were higher quality than proposed by other bidders.

MY FENCE IS STILL STANDING SO THAT SHOWS THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK, STAYING FOCUSED AT ALL TIMES. IT LOOKS GREAT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.
