replacement windows
+ -1 moreI did not get a written estimate before they left, and I did not get a call from them the next monday - when they said they would get back to us. I called them the next week to ask if they had an estimate for me, although it was clear at this point that they did not want the job - and just didn't have the courtesy to tell us. Either they don't like black people - or drunk people on a friday night ... but they seem to not need the money that I was willing and able to spend to have my window replaced and repaired. Luckily we do have other companies in Albq that will do the work for me. This company just didn't want to. For what ever reason you do not want to do the work for me - just tell me, it's called professional courtesy.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate on a big front picture window, and to have two screens replaced on the bedroom windows. They did show up and saw the job to be done. To be frank, it was friday and I was two sheets to the wind, and my guy is black ... but I'm pretty sure we made clear the job that needed to be done, and that paying would not be a problem.
