He was very pleasant and very professional.

Accommodated our schedule when we needed to reschedule to a new day.  Arrived on time. Brought tools needed, rekeyed all the locks.  Then brought to us the estimate of the time and cost to fix the 3 misaligned deadbolt locks.  We approved and it was great to have another item crossed off our list.  We were very happy with the service.

They programmed  a new key for my Lexus 430 SC, with a chip .  The dealer wanted $230 + so I did an internet search and found Albuq. Key.  They suggested a new key, but with out the remote capabilities for only $100.  Both men working in the store are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the only problem was in getting the blank  and notifying me when it came in.

Overall we were happy with the service. We got what we expected and felt like we paid a fair price (about $9/core + $45 trip fee).

They are really good. They were very responsive and finished the job quickly. They were excellent overall.

The door lock we called about was repaired and the service person was proactive and checked the front door as well, making some adjustments which would have caused us a problem later on.

Initial call was not returned, possibly due to illness in the family. Repeat call resulted in a timely appointment and on-time response by Jeff to the residence. Initial estimate a bit low due to some locks containing two cylinders (my oversight). Professional and pesonable service. Parts and labor charges seemed very reasonable, as did the $40 "trip charge".

I contacted them and told them what I needed done. They informed me of the individual charges related to the rekeying I needed done. I scheduled an appointment with them. They were on time and very professional. They made copies of keys onsite. The bill was exactly what I was quoted on the phone for the job to be done. There were no hidden charges.

They made me the copies that I asked for. They were careful in their communication and very personable. It feels like a neighborhood business and I was happy to give them my business. I would hire them to come into my home without reservation.

THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD SHOW UP AT A CERTAIN TIME, AND THEY KEPT THEIR WORD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE GUY WHO CAME REALLY KNEW HOW TO PICK A DOOR LOCK.

I USED THEM ONCE AND NEVER WENT BACK, BUT I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID. THEY WERE THERE 10 MINUTES AFTER I CALLED. THEY WERE GREAT, AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THEM.

THEY SHOWED UP AT MY CAR WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL. THEY WERE QUICK TO UNLOCK THE TRUNK, AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL STUPID. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE.

THEY WERE GREAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I LIKED THE NAME OF THE COMPANY, AND IT WAS THE CLOSEST ONE TO ME SO I HIRED THEM. THE LOCKS WORK GREAT AND SO DO THE KEYS.
