AIR QUALITY

I am exceedingly disappointed with them. I had them come to do routine maintenance and I paid them so they would come three more times. I called them because they weren’t coming and they told me that the guy quit but someone else could come out anyway. I told him what size my filters were and he told me it was a strange size so he couldn’t get them; I bought the right size filters at Lowes. Now I’m out a couple hundred dollars and I surprised that people had given him good reviews. The price would have been fine if I had gotten what I’d paid for.

Air Quality is an excellent company, and I will certainly call them again. I plan to have them service my air conditioning and heating systems twice a year. I am very happy to have found a company that I can call for all of my air heating and cooling needs. I recommend them highly.

Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and flexible. I feel a tremendous relief. I now have superb coverage for an important aspect in my life, my indoor environment, and my space and myself were quietly respected.

Where do you find honesty and integrity and most of all real competence like that of the Air Quality tech that did my repair these days? I am a very handy person myself and I recognize the real thing from the fluff out there. Air Quality is the real thing. Use them. You will be in the best hands. I did not know of this company before today. They are as good as you can get. I should add that they are an authorized Carrier/Bryant (and maybe other mfr. lines, I don't know) installation and repair company, so if you have a brand that they have manufacturer's authorization to work on you have even more reason to turn to them with confidence. Knowing that they are out there takes a big weight off my mind if I ever need heating or air conditioning service in the future. We need more companies like Air Quality in this world.
