Air Link was recommended to us and we were very pleased with their services. Horace and Chris are both very knowledgeable about air conditioning and heating, and they did a great job replacing our old air conditioning unit and furnace. They specialize in HVAC, and that is important because there is a lot of technical skill, as well as manufacturer and EPA updates, that must be known by professionals in this field. Many companies do lots of repairs on a variety of home issues, but we think that it is better to find pros who know specific services for what is needed. If not, there is a risk of hiring someone who knows about a lot of services but is not a real pro in the service required, which in our case was air conditioning and heating. Horace and Chris did a great job, and we were happy with the work and the pricing. We highly recommend them.

I will rarely give 5 stars for every aspect of a service or product, but Airlink deserves 5 in every aspect: timeliness, quality of work, reasonable prices and a thorough explanation of the problem and solutions. I will continue to use their services and recommend them.

These guys are as good as their reviews say. They worked late putting in a new unit and servicing our other one that was not cooling in our new house. Both were running great when we moved in, which was fantastic because the next week was in the 100's all week long. We needed the cooling with a toddler and pregnant wife, and we got it. Chris and Horace are the best contractors anyone can hope for.
