Company showed up with in the time window agreed upon. Looked professional and was knowledgeable. Confirmed what I said the problem was with in 15 min. Went to go get the part. came back in an hour. Replaced the part with in 5 min (1 screw) and heater was back to normal. Cost $135 for labor (discussed up front $90 diagnostics only and $135 diagnostics plus first hour) and $30 for the part. Total cost $180 :( - positive: no hidden cost!!! - slightly negative: $135 for labor for a simple and quick - Overall: Very good company to work with. I will call them again if the need arises.
