Matt Eaton indicated interest in the project. He took a substantial down-payment in November, at which time he said we should deal directly with the concrete subcontractor. It was three weeks before he gave us contact information for the sub-contractor. There were multiple delays in following through on promised work and/or communication (the most frustrating part); the trellises had gaps and finish blemishes (very expensive powder coating was marred during the installation); and Matt threatened to file liens for costs he claimed we had agreed to verbally (though there was nothing in writing). I would never do business with him again.
