I had synthetic turf in our dog run for 10 years and had to replace it after building a wall in that area. The work was contracted out to this company through Home Depot. In May of 2018 Aguamatic replaced the synthetic turf in our dog run and it looked great, but after 3 months the turf was matted. We have 3 toy dogs that only use the area to do their business. We contacted Aguamatic and they replaced the turf in September 2018. On completion we noted that the turf had a wrinkled look because of the way it was rolled. We told the company's rep about the problem and she told us to wait until the turf is down awhile. I am writing this in January 2019 and the turf still looks wrinkled.
