Adobelite does not have its own workforce in our area, and the recommended contractors are unreliable and unresponsive. The gas log fireplace we had installed had a plastic knob that melted during our first winter season. When it quit working after two seasons, neither Adobelite nor any of the contractors they recommend responded in any helpful fashion. We are replacing the unit in its entirety at our expense, and obviously through a different vendor.

THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FIREPLACES THAT THEY HAD AVAILABLE. THE SANTA FE STYLE FIREPLACE IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS ADDED WONDERFUL DECOR TO THAT ROOM. THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT ALSO AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS.
