THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY SERVICE WITH EVERYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING SO I WASN'T LEFT IN THE DARK ON HOW TO DO IT MYSELF.
