WOW! Great! I brought it in at his new address on 3323 Princeton NE at a little after 10AM and I had it back and fixed by 1 pm. He should me the part that needed replacement, oiled it and got it working great! You do not often get same day service. I highly recommend Rick Garcia and his business. Great customer service.

Same day service, as promised.

I took my machine to the shop (now on Princeton-new location) in the morning, and it was finished by the afternoon. Not only is Rick competent, professional, and super friendly, but he's wonderfully fast. He was able to finish it in a few hours. I will be calling on him again and again.

It was a great experience.  I had dreaded taking my machines to someone who would keep them for 2 or 3 weeks. He called me back quickly made an appointment for the next day.    Rick came to the house exactly on time.  He was very friendly and also efficient.  I highly recommend him.  The price was very good especially for a house call.

I dropped off the sewing machine.  The owner has a large box on his patio to place machines.  He repaired the machine in a couple of days.  He called and we arrange a place to meet to pickup the machine.  The sewing machine works great.

His office is in Albuquerque, however business brings him to Santa Fe. He has a truck that he drives up with, so he can do some Repairs on the truck.

This vendor makes house calls! Most sewing machine repair places don't, and they keep the machine for weeks. The owner arrived on time, fixed and lubricated the sewing quickly, and provided advice on maintenance. Good choice at a very fair price.

Several years ago, I had someone else and quot;serviceand quot; my sewing machine, and it hadn't worked well since then. I called Adjust and Time about what needed to be done and the repairs to be made. I dropped off my machine on Monday. Rick called on Thursday to say that the machine was ready. He had done the maintenance, replaced the drive belt and the rubber wheel that helps wind the bobbin. He adjusted the tension and left the testing fabric in the machine to show the improvement in stitching. The cost was exactly what he said it would be. My machine works better than it has in years--so nice! I will definitely recommend Adjust and Time to others for sewing machine maintenance and repair.

They were prompt, the service was well done, and reasonably priced. I went to them because they came highly reccommended by others. I reccommend them too. Plus, they are far better sewers than me, so it is a good thing. I will definitely use them in the future.

We set up and appointment and he arrived on time. Very courteous and pleasant. He worked quickly and did not waste any time on small talk or chit chat. Very knowledgeable and showed me how to take care of the machines and keep them running. He was able to print up a receipt on site and I was able to get back to sewing in a very short time. I did need a rare part that was not on his truck. He was able to find a used one for me in less than a week and delivered it to me. The price was very reasonable for the part as well.

I paid $76 for the service. I think he also sharpens knives and scissors and stuff like that. He has a sign on the side of his truck. I've already recommended him to others.

I especially liked that I did not have to bring my machine to a shop for repairs. All work was done here, quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommned them.

I have been using him for several years. People stood out there too. He comes out to the house. He fixes my sewing machine. He is so professional, and he does it right away. If I go to a sewing machine shop it would take weeks, and I cannot wait weeks. His price is definitely reasonable. I had recommended him to friends, and they are using him too.

Called and had my phone call promptly returned. Scheduled an appointment in 2 days but was told he might be able to squeeze me in earlier(the next day). Which he did. Called ahead to let me know he was coming.
