 + -1 morePerfect! John removed the hard drive and extracted all data, then converted it so I could use it in my new system! Was successful in finding and restoring my email from Outlook Express (older version) into the newest Outlook program. He also found and preserved all of my MS Word files, photos, etc., etc., etc.!!! He worked in my office, at his place of business, and remotely provided services. John is trustworthy and reliable. I would not hesitate for a moment to call on him again if the situation should arise!
Description of Work: Not many things are more alarming to an individual or small business than to find that the computer you depend on most has simply died. Doesn't boot up, Windows won't start - AAARGH! John Hansen is an individual with great knowledge, and is persistent in finding the solution to the problem. I purchased a new computer, and John removed the hard drive from the dead one, and was completely successful in transferring my "lost" data into my new system. I had some old software running, and he was able to figure out a way to convert to the newest versions! He FIXED IT!
