Description of Work: I needed to have several stump and root removals around my property. I called this company at the recommendation of several contractors in my area. I called and asked for a visit to discuss the job, which included several different stump and root removals around my property. The woman who answered the phone took my phone number and said she'd pass the info on to her son, who actually performs the work. She promised he would call. He never did. I had several other options, so I didn't contact them again.

+ -1 moreThey did what they said they were going to do. They were quick and did a good job. They had really good customer service. I was happy. I tried to take the stump out myself before I called them. It was too deep. They knew how much work I had done and they gave me a discount. What I had done didn't really make their job any easier.

+ -1 moreVery timely. Tim did the estimate, and due to the size of the machine, the new wooden gate was going to have to be removed, as well as part of the frame. He stated that he had carpentry experience, so wanted to be here when the job was performed. He scheduled us for the following Saturday. He came, they removed the gate, did the job and put the gate back just as it had been. They did a great job. The stumps were very close to the house, and they were very careful not to damage the stucco. I highly recommend this company.
