"This is a complete lie,this customer never paid his bill. I never told him we were offering free service. our normal cost for a home over 2200 sq ft is approx 125.00 , we gave him a discount and only charged him 65.00 plus tax in which he never even paid that. We wrote this off as a freeloader"
