Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The furnaces in our new house were on their last legs, and we were considering converting from swamp coolers to refrigerated air. Andy came in and, conscious of our budget, explained clearly and in detail the options that were available, including the trade offs in terms of cost and efficiency. We were pleasantly surprised that he really wanted to put the tools to make an educated decision in our hands rather than get us to rely solely on his expert opinion so that he could sell us the highest priced option. In the end, we settled on a mid-range solution that more than covers our energy needs, provides us with the increased efficiency we were looking for and helped us come in under budget on this project.
