I had my roof done by Juan Montoya last year. They did an amazing job. He came out to give me a free estimate and I immediately felt I could trust him. He was not pushy at all, unlike the other contractors I dealt with before him. He also gave me many options to accommodate my budget. He provided me with material pamphlets so that I could research the products he uses. In the end i went with the best option (which his price was much lower than the other 3 roofers) and I was completely satisfied with the work done, the timing, and they left my yard cleaner than it was when the crew came out the first day. I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and at the very least get an estimate from him.
