Fred was recommended by a co-worker. He got us a bottom line price on
the home we wanted in ABQ. Almost all of the work was done long distance
as I moved from far away and was traveling while the negotiating was
going on. He did a great job from the initial offer to closing. He went
above and beyond even after the closing by helping us find services for
our new home and he even watered our lawn for a couple weeks as we
didn't move in until 5 weeks after closing. Call Fred.
