Jim replied promptly, and was able to make an appointment the next day. He came out, measured, and marked the area which needed to be marked for utilities. After it was marked, he was out the next morning to check the markings, and the gate was installed less than a week later. It works great, and came out just like we wanted.

I highly recommend Jim and his crew at Superior Fence. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and do a great job at a reasonable price.

Jim is very responsive and also a great guy. Always calls back the same day if not available and comes out promptly. I had a 10' gate that wasn't wide enough for my 5th wheel to get through so Jim and his helper removed the gate, moved the fence out and installed 2 - 8' gates that they made in their shop. The driveway wasn't very level so the gates didn't open the way I wanted them to after he had installed them. Jim removed the gates, found a way to open how I wanted, and remounted them. That's professional service.

Jim was easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would. Hand crafted a wrought iron gate across our RV pad. It had to be fabricated because part of the wall on one side of the pad was torn down and the other side was still there. He did a great job. I called 2 other fencing companies and they were not responsive - I believe because this was a small job. Jim works out of his home and has been in business many years. He is dependable and does good work. Very trustworthy.

I love my new fence. The fence between my house and block walls on both sides was in very bad shape so I chose to replace it with a composite fence rather than try to fix it. Jim was very helpful in choosing the right product for the job. He was professional and friendly and very punctual. He finished the job in the time frame he promised and cleaned up afterwards. I felt the price was reasonable especially considering that he had to use a jackhammer to take out the old posts.If you need fence work done Jim is the right man for the job.

A few days after we signed the agreement, Jim went to work on making our gate. We wanted a certain style. By the next week he was installing it. It is a very beautiful gate - I feel so much safer now. He showed up as scheduled (8 a.m.!) and worked without stopping until everything was correct. Cleaned up every bit of scrap, dirt, etc. before he left. He was very personable and friendly. We are very satisfied with our experience with Superior Fence. I had called 2 other (large) companies and one made an appointment but never showed. The other company was unprofessional on the phone so I decided not to use them.

It went really well. Jim gave me a decent estimate and scheduled the work as soon as all the utilities were located. He even completed the work on a Saturday.

Jim was punctual on providing an estimate, engaging the public utilities, and scheduling the work. Work was performed expeditiously and professionally. The finished fence is of high quality and the workmanship excellent. Jim is pleasant and easy to work with. ABQ Superior Fence is highly recommended.

Jim was a great communicator, he kept me posted on his progress. He was very professional and accommodating. It was clear to me that his goal was to provide exceptional customer service. He called me back the day after the job was done to check and make sure we were happy with the fence. He left the site very clean. I highly recommend him.

Jim did a very professional job in replacing our old wood fence with a chain link. He suggested changes to our gate which we now love. He was actually earlier than he estimated in installing our fence. His crew was prompt, courteous and really cleaned up after themselves. We also had a brick wall repaired and he did an excellent job. Cost on all work was exactly as estimated. We could not be happier with ABQ Superior Fence and will recommend them to anyone interested.

Jim was wonderful to work with. He always answered his phone and got back to us quickly with any information we needed. He gave us options at several price points, and worked with us to determine the best one for us. He built the fence from scratch instead of using pre-made panels since it runs down a slope. He did the work quickly, over the course of a weekend, and did the work himself with one other guy helping. He threw in a custom-built gate with a metal frame for free! The fence looks great, and, with the posts cemented in, is very sturdy. It's the best looking fence in the neighborhood! My dogs and chickens love having the extra room to roam in!

Although when I first called, there did not seem to be an answer to the phone call, I did receive a call back in a short amount of time.

The other company I called and left an actual message never did call me back.



The estimate Superior gave me was professional and accurate. It was very easy to work with this company.

They arrived on time on the date given and finished my fence in 3 days. I was very happy with the work and how I was treated throughout the whole process.
