I had to call them back. They did the work one day and I had to call them back twice more because they kept missing things and the coolers were not running correctly. I paid a lot of money to get it done. I had to finally call another plumbing company because one of the coolers stopped working and they told me that Aardvark had damaged the cooler and it was not working. Not only did they not fix it, they actually damaged it and I could no longer use it. It was something about how they didn't know how to put the belt right and it warped the squirrel cage. I contacted them about it and after much haggling they decided that they would fix it or replace it. We made an appointment but the guy never showed up. I contacted them again and they decided that they were not going to fix it and that it wasn't their fault even though I explained to them exactly the problem. Instead of taking sole responsibility, they decided in the end that they would not fix it and they left me with a worthless piece of machinery. Now I am going to have to sue them. I am going to go to the state and report them for fraud. They were really bad.

I did not see the actual work because insulation was wrapped around the ductwork. However, I just spent 2 hours up in my attic and found that the ductwork they supposedly repaired was simply butted up to the flashing for the furnace - no pop-rivets, metal screws, duct tape or duct sealer applied. I could fit my finger in the gaps.

THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I FEEL THAT THEY WERE FAIR ABOUT THINGS AND THEIR PRICES SEEMED TO BE REASONABLE.

I THINK THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE. YOU COULD TELL THEY WERE HONEST AND TRUTHFUL. THEY WERE DEPENDABLE AND ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKERS AND WORK THIS COMPANY PROVIDED.
