Shawn was very professional and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and why. He answered all my questions without getting frustrated, which is different from other people I have worked with.  He cleaned up after himself and the swamp cooler and area around it looked better than it ever has! He was able to get to my house to do an estimate the same day the called and had the work done the next day.

Shawn arrived on time to work on my A/C unit, upon arrival he introduced himself, made small talk and went straight to work. After looking at my A/C unit he came down to advise me with pictures of what was causing the issue, and explained to me in detail what needed to be done. He was able to get the job done at a fast pace. With all the work that needed to be done for my A/C unit to work correctly, he charged me a reasonable price. I would highly recommend to Shawn to any with plumbing, heating, and cooling problems. I will definitely be the first to call Shawn.
