In and out very fast...promises everything...once paid, did not respond to any phone calls re problems. The stucco was not the color I ordered (though I liked it), the stucco showed discoloration from the old coat under the new coat, downspouts not put up correctly, leaking down the exterior of the downspouts. Very responsive prior to getting the job, he refused to answer or return calls after the job was paid off.
