Description of Work: Routine oil change turned into an emergency replacement of the radiator, plus a bunch of other maintenance things important for an elderly car. Every one was great, and I even was given a vehicle to drive for two days while parts were en route!

+ -1 moreNew in town and looking for relationship with reputable service so chose AA from Angie's List. Arrived early for an 8 am appt. Told not on schedule today but on tomorrow. I had repeated the appt day and time twice when scheduling as I was leaving town the next day. Was assertively told that I had it wrong. They offered to let me wait all morning to see if I could be worked in. Not once was an apology offered nor any other accommodation. It is apparent that they have plenty of customers already and don't want any new ones. I left without getting the service. There haven't been any followup calls. Very poor customer service!

+ -1 moreI called them to let them know that my serpentine belt and a pulley were broken on my work van and I was going to have it towed to their shop. I am a member of their car care club and asked them to do an oil change while it was being repaired. On short notice they took it in performed all the repairs and had it ready by the next day! I have been a customer for several years and will be a customer for several more years to come! They are friendly and very professional.

+ 0 moreLovely, lovely people, family owned business...they are prompt, responsive, quick, and very friendly. Will give rides in Albuquerque, or their website suggests occasionally will have a loaner car. They pretty much do anything but transmissions. I'm really happy to have found them.

Description of Work: Power steering fluid was leaking and it turned out that the car needed a new power steering pump. They replaced the pump.
