 + -1 moreSo, we scheduled an appointment with this company to give us an estimate/quote to replace our roof, due to hail damage (covered by insurance). They sent someone out for a morning appointment, and the person told me we would receive the estimate/quote that evening. Evening came, nothing, next day nothing, no email, phone call, nothing. Fortunately, we had gotten two other estimates/quotes, and chose one of those companies. I guess this company doesn't need the business. Don't waste your time with them, there are too many other good companies to choose from that will provide excellent customer service.
