 + -1 moreDavid was excellent. He was on time and went right to work. He fixed the toilet and sink quite quickly and restored running water to make sure all leaks were sealed. He then inspected the incoming water lines to the bathroom that are in our basement to make sure there were no problems with them. Next he started working on the tub. He had it fixed in no time! He cleaned up after himself so well it looked cleaner then when he started. Everything worked wonderfully! It is great to have our second bathroom back in working order!
Description of Work: The toilet continuously ran for several days and caused our water bill to spike; after notice from the water uttility we choose to shut off the water to the toilet, and use the other toilet in the house for a few days. Later the sink in the same bathroom started to drip and we shut off the water to it as well. The handle for the hot water in the tub broke off the next day. David replaced the worn out parts in the toilet, and adjusted the sink tap and changed the washers to stop the leaks in the sink. He then replaced the broken hot water tap in the tub. The tub has a one piece surround and that had to be opened to replace the tap.
