The original estimate and treatment was very nicely done, professional and timely. The treatment was guaranteed for 5 years and in the 6th year we could have someone from the company come out and check the property for activity for a cost of 10% of the price. This would extend the guarantee for 12 months. This went well for 10 years, with no problems. In the 11th year no one came out to the property to check and I was unable to get a response when I called. In the 12th year I didn't get an invoice at all and when I called I didn't get a response. I used Angie's list, the BBB online, and the phone book to see if the company was still in business, from what I gathered they were. It should be noted that the cost for the extended guarantee changed at some point after our treatment and I was paying significantly less than the new cost because of being grandfathered in. Not sure what happened and disappointed that my attempts to contact were left unanswered.

THEY WERE VERY FAST ABOUT THEIR JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR JOB. WHEN THEY WERE DONE, THEY SET UP TRAPS TO STOP THE BUGS. I HOPE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
