A Golden Touch

Both of my dogs , Casey and Haley, were groomed, and Haley, my golden retriever/husky cross, was given her summer haircut.  She has really long, thick hair, so every summer I have her shaved to make her more comfortable.  The first time I had her cut this way, she seemed embarrassed, but now she really enjoys getting rid of all that heavy fur for the summer.  In about three months, it's grown back in and she's ready for the cooler weather.  
Both Haley and Casey are well-treated by the groomers.  They take good care of them and pamper them.  They always come home with a little bandana around their necks and look so cute. Not only are they silky and clean, they smell wonderful.
For both dogs to be groomed and for Haley's haircut it was $127.40, and I always give them a tip.  The groomers are always prompt ,and the only complaint I have is that because they are so good, I have to book a couple of weeks in advance, but it's worth it.  I would definitely recommend Golden Touch to other pet owners.  They treat your pets as though they were their own! 

My interaction with the lady who came out was fine. She was professional. Their prices were astronomical. I would not use them again.

Housecleaning was purchased as a gift for me.  It took several calls to get to talk to the owner.  She was so booked that the only way I could get a session with her was when one of her regular clients cancelled because she would be out of town.  I thought the cleaner did a good job.  I called the owner to see if there were any way she could take me on as a regular client or put me on a waiting list and she never returned my phone calls.

They are very reliable and try to send the same people every time that way you don't have to explain the same things over again. They work in a timely manner and do a good job.

They were on-time to do the work. I would not use them in the future. The quality of their work was good. They were professional while they were working. It was hard to make an appointment and get in touch with the company.

It went very well. I am happy with the service I am getting. The owner also does the cleaning. It is a small company so I know everyone that cleans my house. They are trustworthy.

At 6:05 I called her to let her know we were going out for the evening. We received a call Saturday evening to see if she could reschedule. She never apologized for the missed appointment. I left a message for her saying that I felt it was unprofessional that she did not call to say she would miss the appointment and I will subsequently not be doing business with her.

I'M NEVER HOME WHEN THEY CLEAN, BUT THEY ALWAYS GET ALL THE WORK COMPLETELY FINISHED. SO THEIR TIMELINESS MUST NOT BE A PROBLEM. SOMETIMES THEY EVEN GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.

THEY ARE VERY KIND. THEY COME OVER HERE A LOT TO HELP OUT BECAUSE ALL MY TIME IS SPENT TAKING CARE OF MY HUSBAND. WHENEVER THEY COME OVER THEY MAKE SURE THEY GET THE JOB DONE.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY EVEN THOUGH THE CLEANERS SHOW UP LATE SOMETIMES. WHEN THEY ARE AT THE HOUSE THEY ARE VERY HARDWORKING AND GET THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. THEIR PRICES ARE GOOD AND SO IS THEIR QUALITY OF WORK.
