Due to unforeseen changes to the closing date on our new house, we had originally contracted with Mr. Dibruno to clean the carpets on Easter Sunday, the only day available for us. His was the only company willing to work that day. When the move-in date was delayed, Mr. Dibruno nicely rescheduled to a Thursday. He gave me an arrival time of 1:00 to 3:00, and the truck arrived right at 3:00. It took a couple hours to clean the carpet, but a very good job was done. We were very pleased with the results.

The cleaning was excellent. Service was great. I have used Clean Carpet care for approximately 8 years and they have Never missed a step. They are very accomodating with scheduling. They have stability with their technicians. It says something about a company that can retain good employees. The technicians have always arrived on time and call before arrival to confirm the appointment.

They arrived 2 1/2 hours after their early appointment. Had problems with employees, one was in the hospital. Therefore, owner came out to make sure the job was completed.

THEY SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE WHEN REQUESTED AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB ON MY CARPETS AND HAD TO GET OUT SOME REALLY TOUGH STAINS. THEY REPLACED ALL MY FURNITURE AND WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY.
