When I first called to get an estimate, the person was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She questions I wouldn't have known were important, so that she could get me the best product available for my price range. She offered the estimate with a coupon, which I didn't ask about! The price for 4 table tops, 2 over 3 feet long, was very reasonable! She gave me a finish date, which they met. They called me when the product was ready and I chose to have it delivered for the $25.00 fee, since there were a couple of long pieces. Robert showed up for delivery within the estimated timeframe. He was friendly, courteous, went out of his way to help us by filing the edges down more, and generally very nice! I would definately use this company again. When we asked him how he would cut glass for an unusually shaped coffee table, he said he would come out & do a pattern at no extra charge! What a great company!
