Arnold was very prompt and courteous from the time I spoke to him on the phone throughout the service. He had been recommended to me by a family member and we needed carpet cleaning done fairly quick. He came out measured, gave me an estimate and explained any concerns. He had it all completed in a little over an hour (no furniture in home). Yes, I would recommend to others!

I was really pleased. He always comes over and cleans my three rooms for me.

They did an outstanding job. The carpets looked like new. We were very happy with the results. They are timely and courteous.

Mr. Padilla and his father arrived promptly at 9:00 AM.  Mr. Padilla provided an estimate that included the Premium Package.  I was surprised that the cost was so reasonable.  They assisted with moving some furniture and went to work immediately.  Both were extremely courteous and considerate.  They immediately wiped any wet spots off the hardwood flooring!  They used care when moving their equipment between rooms.  Support blocks were placed under heavier furniture to assist with drying which were easy to remove.    The area rugs were cleaned by hand on the hardwood floors.  I checked to make sure the backing was dry, and it was!  They completed all the steps in the Premium Package.  They were finished before noon.  We were moving furniture back into the rooms by the afternoon.
This was one of the most stress-free events I've experienced with service professionals.  I would hire them again and highly recommend their services.     

They do a good job. They deserve a good recommendation. I like the fact that the owner also comes to work and he calls back to see if we are happy with the work. His prices are good. We had a sick dog and he got rid of the smell. He also cleaned the tiles. He was very nice and professional. He was here when he said he will be here and he finished the work on time.

I have had A & E clean my carpets for four years. They are very professional and punctual, and always leave with my carpets super clean. Arnold and his father are very pleasant to work with, and I am always impressed with the quality of their work.

I called A & E on 8/2/10 and made an appointment for noon the following day. Arnold Padilla and his father arrived at 11:30AM, measured the carpet to be cleaned and gave me an estmate of $119.51 plus tax for Chem-Dry's premium package which I accepted. The cleaning was completed in about one hour. The results were excellent.

We called A&E Chemdry the first time 5 years ago when our elderly became ill and stained the carpet. He was able to remove a stain I felt surely had ruined our carpet. We have called for his service regularly since then. We have referred him to many friends as well. He is always timely, courteous and professional; his estimate . Everyone in this family owned and operated business works very hard. We have had them come on short notice several times.
