NOT GOOD, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS PERSON, AS TO WHAT WAS DONE, AND WHY THE CHARGES WHERE SO HIGH.

I brought the computer down for repair rather than have them come by. It took longer than usual to repair because the old hard drive was corrupted and failing so the data transfer took longer. Pricing was good and service was great.

First job: Technician was able to copy both partitions on the older drive to the new drive in separate (large) directories. The work was done in timely fashion – within 2 days I believe/
Second job: Technician took a look, tested the new memory chip and installed it. He indicated that the real problem was that I had not gotten the chip fully seated. No charge for the service!

They did well for us.

I called regarding having an upgrade of my computer operating system. I was quoted the on-site rate and the charge to have the work done at their location. Although their on-site rate was reasonable, I decided to bring the computer to them. I dropped the unit off late one afternoon and was told it would be ready in 2 days. The next day I was called to say that the work would be done by later that afternoon if I wanted to pick it up. The work was done for the price quoted. Additional questions were answered in a manner that a lay person could easily understand. I will have future computer related issues done by this company.

It went great as usual. They were punctual and were able to complete all the needed work in a reasonable amount of time. The technician is extremely good at explaining what he is doing, what caused the problem and what needed to be done to prevent the same problem from occurring again. They have always gone above and beyond any expectations.

I AM PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY REPAIRED MY COMPUTER BEFORE UNDER WARRANTY. THIS TIME ITS MY HARD DRIVE AND THEY DO QUALITY WORK WHEN EVER THEY REPAIR MY COMPUTER IT ALWAYS WORKS BETTER.
