A-1 Glass Depot

I asked for a windshield for my 2 door Honda Accord and the windshield he provided was for a 4 door. It was not a perfect fit but acceptable. More attention to details is necessary.

I called and though they were booked they squeezed me in on a Friday. I arrived and they had my appointment. There were a few people in front of me but they were efficient and my windshield was completed with no issues. It's been a few months and we've had a good rain and no leaks. I was impressed seeing the interaction with other customers and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great service and price! Compare to safelite... huge difference! Same quality window for less price.

A-1 Glass Depot was excellent! They were very responsive in terms of calling back and scheduling a mobile appointment. The people who came and replaced the windshield were nicely on time, very efficient, and did a great job.

This is the second time I've used A-1 Glass Depot in less than a year. My rear window SHATTERED! Called and said he would meet me at 5pm that same day. They close at 5 and yet, he was willing to take care of me after hours. HUGE +! He called at 4 and said he'd be at the shop by 4:30. He got there and fixed my window in 45 minures. I would use A-1 Glass Depot again and again.

I completed an online application to have my windshield repaired through a national autoglass replacement/repair service that is advertised on TV.  According to the response they wouldn't be able to replace my windshield for another week.  I called A-1 Glass Depot and they arrived within a few hours, completed the replacement in 30 minutes and charged half of what I was quoted by the other company.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Drove to AZ and on the way back from AZ there were heavy winds and it started "singing." I called the next day, they told me to bring it in and they fixed it no charge. I would use them again.

I've used them twice. They were prompt and personable. They did exactly what they promised and it worked well. They were fast and pleasant and did what they said.

It was good. I have not had any problems.

I called several glass shops to replace my heated windshield in my 2011 Subaru Forester. A-1 gave me the best price and was able to schedule it quickly. I went to their shop, they replaced the windshield and I was back on the road quickly.

My dog jumped at a cat - from inside my car (!!!!!!!!!) and broke the windshield! Called around; A-1 Glass could do mobile repair the same day I called. Arrived right when they said they would, did the work, worked out the credit charge over the phone, and it was all good. They took care to remove a couple of decals I had on the windshield, including a parks permit, so that I could seek replacements.
It went great; no complaints whatsoever.

They were prompt, polite, fast and had the best price of 5 estimates. Best of all, they came out to our home to do the work.

THEY MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF ALBUQUERQUE JUST TO INSTALL THESE WINDOWS.

THEIR SERVICE WAS VERY SPEEDY THE BACK WINDOW WAS REPLACED IN NO TIME. THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED AND THE WINDOW WAS REPAIRED WELL. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.
