Brian Salas knows his stuff! He fixed our dryer (properly!). Our dryer had been "repaired" a few days earlier by a woman from a different company. Our house was on the market at the time, when our dryer (which was under warranty) decided to stop working. I had a potential buyer coming to see the house the next day; and so I needed the repair done immediately, so that I would not have wet clothes hanging all over the house during the house-showing. I called the warranty company, but they don't schedule same-day repairs. So I asked them if I could use a different company if I could find someone to repair the dryer right away that same day. They agreed, and I called a woman who owns her own repair business (not connected in any way with 505 Appliance Repair). She got the dryer running by replacing the timer in it. But after she left, I realized that some functions of the dryer were working, but not others. She came back the next day to make sure that the timer she had installed was not faulty. She tested it and said that the problem was not her timer, and that any additional repairs would cost me more money, since she said that her work was not at fault.
So I called the warranty company back, and this time scheduled the repair through them, as I should have done all along. They set me up with Brian Salas, 505 Appliance Repair. Brian knows what he's doing! He explained that there are different types of timers. He knew immediately what to do. It was necessary to order a part for the dryer, which he did. The part arrived very quickly, and was installed efficiently and properly by Brian.
I was so happy with everything that I asked him for his card. I will definitely be calling him the next time an appliance breaks!
