Description of Work: We needed some tile worked and this company came highly recommended through a mutual friend. Let me start off by saying that this company claims to be general contractors(building houses, remodeling, appliances, floors, etc. First off we bought all materials, which I don't really have an issue with, it cuts down on the overall cost but we bought more than we needed due to their estimate. They didn't show up at the time THEY designated that they would. They took our cabinets down but didn't put em back up when they finished the job and in the process managed to break some our cabinets(no replacement,fix or offer to fix). They removed our dishwasher and at least replaced it but not properly and we were left with a leak. They noticed during their time here that we had a garbage disposal that needed to be installed and offered to install it , an extra charged of course. It was installed correctly but that added to the mess that was already made a mess that they said would be cleaned by them upon finishing the project, NOT! They left a huge mess that we ended up cleaning. Now to the tile, they did a mediocre job, at best, laying the tile. It could've been much better but for what we asked them to do it was "teeth grinding" ok. We've done tile in other rooms of our house and as non-professionals, we did a much better job. Due to work schedules and a pending family reunion, didn't have the time to do it ourselves. A few days after the job was complete we noticed areas that were missing grout. I called and scheduled a time for them to come back out and fix it, no show. Played phone tag for a couple of weeks, still the grout hasn't been fixed. Got in touch with the friend that recommended this company and had him try and contact them, no luck. My wive attempted to contact them, answered her call first try(different #). The guy made an excuse,scheduled a date to come fix the grout and surprise,surprise, no show. Them they stopped answering her calls as well. The job was "completed" in July and here it is January and they still have not come to fix the problem. I would definitely not recommend this company!!

Description of Work: This company was recommended by word of mouth by other satisfied customers. I felt after the quality service that I received they were perfect for Angie's List. They were fair, honest, polite,and efficient.When it came to working on my bathroom remodel they concentrated on my project with great care to detail.
