Unprofessional. They ordered the wrong size window twice. Took 1 week to schedule the installation after order was in, the earliest was 2 weeks out. In the end they refused to complete the order, with Mike claiming they would be "losing money" over this (i.e. their own error). I will not do business with All-Pro Glass again.

Price estimates were provided via the web with a one-day turnaround. Final measurements were taken after I agreed to the terms of the purchase. Installation was scheduled shortly after final measurements and the installation was completed quickly and professionally. Every single window panel and screen fit perfectly! Solar Screens reduced average temperature in the house by at least 15 degrees. Bottom line - Solar Screens work and All-Pro did a great job for me.

Our sliding glass door hadn't been opening or closing properly for close to a week.  We didn't know exactly what was wrong with it, just that our usual quick fixes were no longer functioning.
This is highly problematic, as I have a joint/bone disorder that means I dislocate things very easily.  With the door as it was, at least one joint mishap was guaranteed every time I used it.  Getting the dogs into the backyard is a bit complicated without using that particular door.
When we were called to have the appointment set, the woman I spoke to was quite understanding, and if there had been a cancellation, would have tried to get us in earlier.
S figured it out, fixed it, checked things over to make sure nothing else was wrong, and was willing to explain what it was that had been wrong.  Efficient, courteous, professional - and was willing to give eldest dog the time she needed to vette him, as well as asking about our cats so that I could lock them up if need be.

Installer arrived on time, removed the door framework to replace the old worn out rollers, put it all back together again. Took about 1/2 hour. The door is 35 years old, but now it rolls again like it is brand new.

It went great!  They were very helpful.  They told us how to measure the windows so we didn't have to pay a trip charge.  Got the windows ordered and we had them installed.  Went very smooth no problems at all.  They are the only authorized service provider for Lincoln Windows in Albuquerque.

Excellent service.  Suggestions were made for screen quality and degree of darkness.  All labor performed as promised and on time.

To make a long story short, he never came up with a complete estimate and he left us hanging for months waiting for the estimate to be completed. This happened as the winter months approached.  He had every excuse in the world for not completing the estimate that we had paid for. We finally contacted another company who competently completed the repairs in one week. One window will actually need to be replaced because it is beyond repair.

Great!  They gave me an initial estimate by email based on my measurments.  After I received 2 other estimates, I accepted their proposal and they scheduled a technician to do a final estimate.  He came to my house, took measurments, looked over the job site and confirmed the original estimate.  The job was scheduled for just under 2 weeks in the future.  On the day the job was to be done the technician and a helper arrived at the agfreed upon time and completed the job in under 2 hours.  I asked them to do some extra caulking, and that was done at no extra charge.

Sean had measured the window about 4 days before installation and picked up 4 screens for repair. The installation of the picture window and screens went smoothly and quickly. I am very satisfied.

My sliding glass door did not work, I called him and he came right out. He gave me a discount and his name is Sean and he was really good. He came out on June 3rd at 8:45 in the morning and he charged me $121 but because of my military status he gave me a discount. He replaced my patio door with grills. He was prompt , he was professional, he was concerned and he gave me a good price.

Their service on the phone was always pleasant and friendly. They gave me a quote over the phone based on my measurements. They came out a few days later to take their own measurements, and then they gave me a more specific price. The glass was ready the next day, and they were able to come install it as well. The installation took fewer than 20 minutes, and the final product looks great.

This process began n November 2006 and continued for three years. These are the worst people to deal with I have ever experience. They are outrageously slow and have no commitment to complete the jobs they promised perform. If they ran the local fire department, every house in the neighborhood would burn to the ground. The 3 year project ended in complete failure, with months in between contact with them. Mike Terrell, who owns the family business, has got to be the worst businessman I have ever met. He knows his windows, I'll give him that. However when it comes to showing up and doing the job, forget about it. The first replacement window that I received, two years into the job, was defected. A defect that I had confirmed by another window company. Their refusal to take responsibility for the work went on for months. Trying to convince me that this was no defect and was the way it is. This window has such awful double images both is looking through it and reflected images as well. After another 6 months they replaced it, through Lincoln Windows, and it was perfect.! They told me that if I order any more (the plan was to replace 12 windows at $500 a pop) they would not guarantee that the defect might occur again and I would be stuck with what ever they deliver. I needed more time to make that decision. In the mean time I asked them to focus on the replacement for 4 smaller windows where the risk was smaller and I would take the chance. They measured and promised a bid and I never heard from them again. Must be nice during a recession to have that luxury. During the entire process they also promised to replace weather stripping on all my windows. After the second year I asked if they would sell me the materials and I would install the stripping myself. Never responded to either. In the end I dealt with Mikes son Sean. Not the sharpest tool in the shed and was always argumentative and confrontational. He would pear through this defected window and look at me like this was normal, with a window next to it that was not defected. Oh well he was young and has a lot to learn about business. So after three years, looking to replace a total of 16 windows, (a nice piece of business you do the math), they abandoned the project with no explanation. No return calls. Idiots at best. Unfortunately they are the only distributor on Lincoln Windows in NM. I still need the work done. (any suggestions?) On a brighter note, the receptionist, Daleann (daughter I think) was always pleasant, kind and helpful. So I guess it doesn't completely run in the family.
