1. In two years time, Dr. Staley has given us three prescriptions (which we paid full price for) which were already expired. One had been expired for over one year. The other two were months ago expired. 2. We had a cat euthanized by Dr. Staley. He told us that there were "two types of service for euthanasia at two prices. The higher price is for having our pet cremated separately, not in a group." We chose the higher price. He also told us that her cremains would be returned "in a week, or ten days, in a lovely wooden box, with Frances' name engraved on the lid." After ten days, we were told that "the Crematoria in El Paso has broken down." After twenty seven days, we called the Director of the Crematoria in El Paso, to find that none of Dr. Staley's explanations were correct or honest. There is only ONE price, and all animals are always cremated separately. Our cat had been cremated within ten days, but Dr. Staley had not returned to collect her, to return her to us. We were lied to about the price, the container (a cheap tin can) and how long it would take. We will never return to Dr. Staley.

I took my 12-year-old dog in to Dr. Staley's to have a couple of growths removed-- one on her face and one on her leg. The doctor has previously told me that the growths were not dangerous, but they seemed to be bothering the dog, so I decided to have them removed. I brought her in in the morning and picked her up in the early afternoon. The procedure went well. The dog healed quickly -- no infection or anything like that. The staff was very good about explaining the after-surgery instructions. We've always been pleased with every procedure that Dr. Staley has performed on our pets.
