Tina was very professional and quick to respond to my phone call. She was very courteous and friendly. She mowed my yard front and back as well as weed eated. The cost was low and she did it in a very timely manner. Thank you so much Tina. We will be calling you again!

Service started April 2nd with an estimated 2 week timeline and i provided 50% up front for the costs. After 3 weeks I was told the project would be completed in 2 days time and I provided the last half of the money. 3 weeks later the project still wasn't done, I had received several excuses as to why (injury, school work, lack of help, etc) and decided to terminate services due to time constraints with around 30% of the project remaining. When i tried to call her I got no answer, and no response from voicemail and text when I told her I was dissatisfied... she simply stopped taking my calls. I was able to complete the project myself in less than a day. During the project I was often asked for more cash upfront by Tina. If you have services rendered by her I wouldn't pay her until satisfactory completion as she has no motivation to complete the work after she has gotten her money.

"I tried to contact [Member name removed] to let him know that I had just returned to town. My father got sick and landed up in the hospital. We did not think my dad was going to make it . However, by the grace of god my dad got better, so I stood in Longmont until he made a full recovery. When I arrived in Colorado, I realized I had forgotten my phone. Therefore, I had no way of contacting him. The day I returned I immediately called and text [Member name removed] several times and he has not returned any of my calls"

I want to say Tina is a very hard worker. She got one tree trimmed and started the 2nd one. Tina was very good about cleaning up all the branches. Her brother helped her.
The weather got hot and she said she would be back in fall (2013) to finish the 2nd tree. I paid her at that time the $200.00 in good faith she would come back and finish the 2nd tree.To date that has not happened. I have tried contacting her several times. Last fall we played phone tag and she was gone for awhile. I texted her on March 10th asking her if she would be able to finish my tree or know of someone who could. She never responded.
I feel that if I pay someone for a job, that job should get done.

Tina does regular bi-weekly landscaping maintenance for us. This last time (5/9) she checked all the sprinkler feeders (we have an automatic watering system) in addition to pruning the roses and weeding. The prior time (4/25) she did some new planting for us - 2 cacti and 2 arborvitae bushes. She works hard and is very thorough. Highly recommended.

Overall, the experience went smoothly. Tina returned my call promptly. She completed the work in the time she said the job would take. She also hauled away all of the trimmings from the trees and left our yard tidy. I believe she charged us a fair price for her work.

9/19/2012. Job went smooth from start to finish. I live in El Paso, Texas. I received the bid along with others, chose this job. Job was started and when called that it was completed I drove to Ruiodoso, inspected, and since there were no problems with the work invoice was paid.
