Home Inspection
Horrible. He caught the blatantly obvious things like broken door knobs, gates needing replaced, broken turbine, all things we knew about... He said some things were broken that were not like one of the light switches that he thought went to the ceiling fan (He said didn' t work at all) actually went to the lights on the end of the garage. The bad things that he missed we will have to pay someone to fix... There is a rotten place in the wall were there was at one time water that made the dry wall soft. The spot is about 3 feet by 2 feet. (How did he miss this?) The other is on the porch. The flashing is rotten. Blatantly rotten. But because there is a tree we didn't see it until we had already moved in. We paid him to go over the house and he did a very bad job of it. Don't hire this guy. He doesn't know what he is doing.
