It was a follow-up work that they didn't do it right for the first time. It was not very professional. It was well overrated and the cost was way over-priced by the time it was done. It did go over the quote originally. They were not reliable on timing. Their worker, one in particular and the supervisor of the project was more over his phone and chit chatting with other contractors to follow-up on other work they were doing. They took way too long to get it done. We still have unresolved issues. They came out a couple of times on the same initial problem and their first follow-up was by Robert Rentschler itself. He didn't check the fuses and something to do with the fuses. He didn't check everything out. He just checked the connection in the wall and said it was lose and fixed that. Three months later on, got back in and put the lights on and it blew the fuse. He sent another guy out and he checked the fuses. He found out that they were wrong sized and they were placed wrong. They had too many things going in that room and just cuts everything off.

The crew arrrived as they had scheduled and went to work. We had to have the power shut off for several hours to move the weather head and install a new conneciton and a new service panel and grounding all service correctly. They worked hard and efficiently to minimize this inconvenience but did not sacrifice quality for speed. They had the power back up within the time frame stated. The next day they completed the job by modifying connections to the laundry/utility room and garage/shop. The young men who did the work were proficient and careful, pleasant and cheerful and took care to watch the gate when they went in and out of the back yard area so our dogs would not get out. They cleaned up after themselves and provided excellent work and service.
