Pampered Pooches Grooming Spa & Boutique

I contacted Pampered Pooches because they perform a pick up and return of your animal for a $10.00 additional fee. This was fine because I am disabled and can't get out as well as in my younger years. They set a pickup time and was even early this was good for me. They said it should take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour and they did return him to me within just over the 1 1/2 hour. They came to the door and when I answered the owner was holding my dog, Trustie and the first thing out of her mouth was we did as good as we could because he was difficult to keep still. I was looking at his haircut while she spoke and what I saw was a very bad haircut, it was not even and around his feet the hair was not cut very well because there was long hair on his feet and between his toes. I had the check ready and had given it to her husband who was also with her before I had time to react she handed Trustie to me and they turned and walked away. Now I have Trustie and the next day I start to really give a good look and what I found was shocking to me. They had nicked him below his left eye at the lower left corner very near his eye itself. I also found they had cut his hair so short they had even given him what I would refer to as a razor burn scrapping along the full length of his little WeWe..;-) I was really mad at this point so this is why I am making this report on Angie's List so nobody else will have to endure this as I have.
