Anthony's work went well except when he was finished, he jumped into his truck and said that a bill would be mailed.  I asked when? He replied, "Tomorrow."  That was Thursday.  I called the office on Monday and was told that she was late sending bills but it would be send Tuesday.  The office person wanted me to come pick it up, which I refused to do that.  I didn't receive the bill and called the office on Thursday.  I was then told that the computer failed and they couldn't mail bills.  I couldn't understand why I was lied to in the past and not told the computer was down?  I explained that I have the money NOW but may not have money to pay by the time I finally get the bill.  The person agreed to mail a receipt and bill on Friday.  My credit card was charged but the bill was NOT mailed.  I forgot to call on Tuesday and Wednesday after the Monday holiday.  I called on Thursday and told the person that I didn't appreciate being lied to about mailing the bill.  She said, "I am sorry that you don't believe me."  I asked that Anthony call me between jobs and was told that he was on vacation.  I asked for someone in charge and was told that the Office Manager would bethere the the next day, Friday.  I was promised a call back which never occurred.  The original bill, after 2 weeks, finally arrived after being addressed to the wrong address!  The meter date was totally wrong, but the dates on the bill indicated that the bill was not prepared until the Wednesday after the Thursday service!  I called the OM and told her I didn't like being lied to.  She said that they don't have the time to take the mail to the Post Office daily.  I told her to tell me when they will mail it and not lie!  I also stated that in the future I will NOT pay until I have a paper bill and if I am out of money by the time the bill comes, that is their problem and they will have to wait until I have money.  I was so annoyed that I told her I would take my business elsewhere unless Anthony called to resolve the issue!  I am still awaiting his call.

HVAC service is great but office staff leaves much to be desired!

The workmen knew what they were doing and did the work quickly; I was advised that my A/C was old and that I might think about replacing it.

Carlos adjusted sprinklers correctly in a professional, timely manner.

Everything was performed on time and very professional. Our furnace works like new eventhough is original appliances since the 1950's. It took the technicial little time to install and even trasins us to take care of it properly. Also he called in later that night to make sure everything was working right.

Otero replaced a leaking line which connected to the main line and added a whole house shut off valve for future use if needed.

I call on a Monday. They came on Tuesday as planned. Bryan (Technician) call me to meet him at the house. He replace the angle line to the hot water heat and replace the shut off value for the dishwasher. Very polite and professional. I would call Otero Plumbing again.

We have always been very satisfied with the work, their promptness to the appointment time and clean up. They have performed all our plumbing needs since 2008 and they have never disappointed us.

We had purchased the pads ahead of time. Carlos was just a little later than the scheduled time but sent an apprentice to tell me that he was on his way. They spent about an hour getting it all done.
I have used Otero Plumbing since the company was formed and trust them.

Plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful, accompanied me to Home Depot and then, Lowes to find specific brand and model of toilet. I purchased it. He delivered it to our home, installed it and left us completely satisfied with his expertise and out new beautifully functioning toilet!

After having a horrible experience with another plumbing company, I called Otero for help with a collapsed sewage line. Cory and another plumber came out immediately, identified the problem, thought outside the box and devised a creative plan for solving the problem. They saved us money and time and did a great job. From start to finish, they framed a new bathroom, accessed an existing sewage line, and installed plumbing and fixtures in 10 days. They were prompt, courteous, professional, unobtrusive, and reasonably priced. Best of all, they returned phone calls and arrived at the job site on time when scheduled. the and quot;other guysand quot; did none of these things. I will use Otero for my home and business from now on.

All of the work was done in an efficient manner and the workers were very pleasant and professional. We did have the company visit us again because the unit didn't seem to be doing as good as we felt it should. a few adjustments were made and all is well. I have used Otero Plumbing in the past and have NEVER felt I was being overcharged or cheated. I can't say the same for Lane Plumbing. Very satisfied and if I have to call a plumber or hvac guy in the future, it will absolutely be Otero Plumbing.

They worked very hard to solve the problem, were professional and made sure everything was done correctly. If you need a big plumbing job done, then I would definitely recommend them.

They come periodically. Here we are supposed to have drip system for trees or any vegetation we have, so they had originally put in a drip system and the last time they came to check on the same, because we need to have it full time. We called them to check summer arrived so that everything was working well. We have been using them for about 6 or 7 years and their responsiveness has been average. Last time about this time we had a major freeze here and we were out of water for 5 days. So we called them on a Sunday evening and they ensured we had water. Being a Sunday, they managed to come which was good. We will use them again in the future.

2011 we had a freeze and many homes' plumbing went out. Always try to find a plumber that licensed, insured and bonded. Otero Plumbing and Heating were able to determine where the problem was. Gave a good estimate and were able to accomplish the job as stated.

I was in Iraq so I had to depend on the integrity of the company to do the work unsupervised by me and relied on the inspector to approve the work. My assumption was if it passed inspection, the work done was good.

When I returned on one of my leaves, I found I had to request the work on the plumbing installation of the dishwasher be redone. There was no stabilizing of the plumbing pipes (dangling loose) and the hose and wiring underneath the 48and quot; cabinet was taking up much of the space. This made it impossible to use for any under the sink storage.

The tankless water heater in the laundry room had numerous twists and turns of the plastic piping and protruded out from the heater box, making it a breakage waiting to happen. Not to mention, why would one piece together numerous small pieces (3and quot; or less) rather than using one straight run? I have never seen so many angles, twists and turns in such a small space. I requested this work be redone.

I will give credit to the owner of the company for coming out personally to see the problems I had with the work I wanted redone. I pointed out why the work was sloppy and not very well done. He did send out someone repair what I discussed with him.

What worries me is the work I couldn't see. I wonder if I will have leaks that will require major repairs. If I'd wanted a crappy job done, I would have done it myself.
