Furniture - Sales
I realized they had overcharged me that evening when I went home. I signed the contract at closing time on Saturday night. The next morning I called to cancel the furniture Before it was ordered and I was told by the sales person He would call me back once he spoke with the manager. That was Sunday and I never got a call back. Monday morning I went to speak to the manager and I told him I was very disappointed to find the end tables, lamps and mattress were listed elsewhere for 1/2 the price I was charged. I mentioned that they advertise no one beats their prices. The manager said he could not cancel the order and pointed to a disclaimer on the contract about no exchanges or cancellations. I told him where I found the items listed at 50% lower price and he responded, ""this happens all the time I can't do anything about it."
