Our plumbing backed up on a day that a lot of other plumbing problems were occurring in our town. We called 3 plumbers before we found JW's. They were able to come out and fix the problem within 1 hour. As is usual with our home repairs, nothing is ever easy and straight forward! We couldn't find the outdoor traps for our home. (They got buried after a flood in the yard in the fall.) These guys were able to do the job from traps that were from another house on our property. They stuck with us until the problem was solved.

From the very start to the finish he worked very professionally and had a smile, and a lot of the work he did he didn't have to do he could have easliy just said he would have to come back. But instead he worked on for about five hours and checking lines and cleaning them using his parts to replace my old worn out ones when he was done he charged me a regular rate.
